Eating Lunch premiering at GIFF's Startsladden

 

Eating Lunch will have its premiere at the Gothenburg International Film Festival 2013, in one of the biggest competitions for short films - Startsladden. The screening will take place on the 27th of January, at cinema Draken. For more info: www.giff.se.

International premiere Äta Lunch at Berlinale

 

Short film competing for awards at two film festivals

Story-produced short film Äta Lunch will have its world premiere at the 63rd Internationale Filmfestspiele Berlin (Berlinale). There, it will compete in the Generation 14plus programme, a competition focussing on children and young people. Berlinale's press release can be found here.

Äta Lunch (Eating Lunch) is about the fifteen-year old Klara, who is about to eat lunch with four other youngsters at the Eating Disorder Clinic under supervision of nurses. They have 30 minutes to eat up.

The film is directed by Sanna Lenken and has its Swedish premiere at Gothenburg International Film Festival (Jan 25 - Feb 4), where it is nominated for a Best Swedish Short Award.
