CAN I BUY YOUR FILMS ON-LINE?

Yes you can, the Story Webshop is now open. It will be increased by films and books as more of our production is made available on DVD.

 

DO THE FILMS COME IN INTERNATIONAL VERSIONS?

Unless clearly stated, all our films have English and Swedish subtitles. Please beware that most of our DVD:s are locked to region 2. If you are buying a DVD locked to region 2, please make sure that you have a region-free or region 2-coded player.

 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Diners Club.

 

AT WHAT STAGE IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?

Once you have submitted your order your card will be charged when the product is dispatched. This is normally within two working days of the order being successfully completed.

 

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON STORY’S WEBSHOP?

WHERE DOES THE STORY WEBSHOP DELIVER?

To Sweden as well as the rest of Europe and USA/Canada.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?

Yes, but with fixed postal rates only to Europe, USA and Canada. Please contact us at webshop@story.se for prices to other worldwide destinations.

 

HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

Through regular mail, in a padded envelope.

 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

By calling Story  +46 8 15 62 80, between 9.30 and 17.30. You can also e-mail us and we will respond within 24 hours.

 

CAN I RETURN THE GOODS I HAVE ORDERED?

If the goods are faulty or broken, yes you can. In the unlikely event that the DVD/book does not reach you in perfect condition, please call our office, +46 8 15 62 80, to arrange for the return of the product and a replacement or refund.
